Need a break from carbs?

Whether it is our everyday diet or social events – it’s easy to overload on carbs, especially processed carbs and feel carb overloaded and bloated.

I have created this detox to give your body a 1 week processed carb break, while boosting your healthy veg intake and to give you some meals you can eat over and over (because they are super delicious) to help you include more veggies into your diet on an ongoing basis.

Our detox is written for ladies who want a nutrition make over and reset with minimal effort required! The key changes our ladies experience are:

I have all of your detoxes and use them to reset whenever I need it. They are my go to and I love them!

Our detox is a 7 day meal plan including all food and drinks you will be having during this time!

Depending on the staples you already have at home, the groceries will cost you around $80.

I don’t like the look of a meal, what do I do?

No problem! Just double up on one of the other ones, there are plenty in the plan! 

Can my family eat the meals too?

 

 

Absolutely! Many of our detox meals have become firm family favourites.

I can’t get one of the ingredients, can I swap it?

Super easy! Yes, just swap it for a similar item. We are here to help if you aren’t sure what to get!
