We believe in eating a balanced diet, without following fads. Our guidelines are aligned with the World Health Organisation guidelines. We do not and don’t advice you to cut out any base food groups unless you are required to do so for health, allergy or intolerance reasons.
We don’t only cover your breakfast, lunch & dinner – but also snacks, smoothies and desserts! Eating delicious food is a must – because when you want long lasting results, you need to eat food you enjoy!
