As a mum, you’re already faced with making everyday decisions. We don’t want to give you more of that, so our program is carefully planned from day one. With everything mapped out for you day by day, it’s much easier to stick to the routine.

Workouts that keep you on track

Our workouts are challenging but suitable for your fitness level. With 15-minute videos, it’s easy for you to keep it up and be consistent with your training. And
that’s how you’re guaranteed to see results.

Working with mums on all levels

The Shape Up program fits anyone who is keen to make a change. Perhaps your body is achy after

carrying little ones around for a long time or sitting at an office desk all day. Maybe you want more energy to play with your kids 

or you’re looking to drop a few kilos and fit your favourite clothes better. Whatever your goal is – we’ll work closely with you to achieve

sustainable results.

One-on-one support

Your personal trainer checks in with you every week, where you track your progress, talk about your goals and set new targets for the coming week. This level of support means we can change things that aren’t working, keep you motivated and most importantly- get you the results you want.

 

Need a little extra help? We have the option of daily check-ins – perfect if you’re worried about staying on track.

Daily workout videos

Your daily 15-minute workout videos will get you working up a sweat in no time at all. They’re easy to follow along to, with little equipment needed. Let Simone guide you through the correct technique, while giving you verbal cues and chatting away to keep you entertained.

 

We have a Flexibility program as well as five fitness levels available – our workouts include Lower Body & Upper Body Strength, Core Strength, Cardio, Boxing and more.

Meal plans

Every Thursday you’ll get a weekly meal plan with shopping list to help you reach your target weight loss or maintain your weight through a healthy, whole food based diet. The meal plans include lunch for one person and dinner for a family of four, but can easily adapted if you’re cooking fewer portions. We also have a wide range of healthy breakfast options and many other recipes in our member only recipe database.
