Our retreat is designed for women who need a break! We offer weekends away to relax and unwind, soak in the spa, swim in the pool, enjoy a sauna, workout in our gym or grab a book and relax in one of our cosy corners. We offer recharge packs with breakfast provided, mini detox retreats for those who want to reset their nutrition or full fitness and weight loss kickstart packs with 1on1 personal training, massages and more.
