Gretchen started her 4 Week Mini Shape Up with 1 Week Detox end of November 2017. Her goal was to lose 5kg and she absolutely smashed this goal by the end of the program. Walking 3 days per week and doing my Beginner Strength Workout videos as well as following our delicious meal plans has completely transformed her body in only 4 weeks!
Gretchen moved into our Lifestyle Program after completing her Shape Up and continues to work on her strength and fitness.
