When Joe started she was regularly biking twice a week. With a 2 and 4yr old at home, it was hard for her to fit in exercises that required for her to be somewhere at a certain time, so our Online workout videos suited her perfectly.

She started with a 1 Week Detox followed by a 4 Week Mini Shape Up and achieved incredible results. Joe then moved into our Lifestyle Program to continue working on her strength and fitness and to lose the last couple of kilos to reach her final goal weight of 60kg.

Such an incredible result in a very short time Joe, we are all so proud of you and love having you in our group <3
