Do I need equipment?

No equipment is required for this program. You can add hand weights if you have them available. We recommend having an exercise mat for comfort.

What if it’s too hard for me?

Day 1-14 of the beginner transformation include low impact swap out exercises so you have alternatives to swap to if you are finding an exercise too difficult to do.
