Stacey lost 14.1kg during the 12 weeks of the Big Shape Up
Stacey’s start goal was to lose 13kg.
She wanted to exercise 4 days per week.
We set her up to walk 4 days per week due to her health history and personal exercise preferences. Stacey had a training program to print out and follow.
Her exercise was combined with our Meal Plans and her individual daily calorie allowance.
