I did it – I lost 2.5 kgs. It was easy, yummy and felt amazing at the end. Hardest part was not having coffee for a few days (I got headaches), but once that passed it was great. This is not a detox that is based around commercial copyrighted tablets or fancy brochures. It’s practical, affordable and for real people shopping in kiwi supermarkets. Do it!
