Depending on which detox you are doing, most of the meals are very family friendly or easy to add other ingredients (such as meat) for the rest of the family so that you won’t have to prepare separate meals.
The meals are delicious and those that have done any of our detox plans have continued using the recipes after completing it.

We recommend not to do the detox during the first 3 months of breastfeeding as this is when your milk supply is established. Once your baby is older than 3 months you can follow the detox as it has a breastfeeding add on
However if you have any health problems or feeding problems you should discuss doing this with your GP
The weight loss during the 1 week can range from 1kg to 6.5kg depending on your current weight and eating habits. Average weight loss is 3-4kg
Yes absolutely! You can do it as often as you like, a few weeks back to back, alternate weeks etc etc as long as you don’t mind eating the same meals over and over again. If you have a large amount of weight to lose and would like to lose it fast, I recommend getting 2 or 3 of our Detox plans and switching between them for some variety!

Generally yes, though we recommend not to continue on with any high intensity workouts. You may also want to step your exercise back a bit for the first 2 or 3 days but this will depend on how you feel!
