Abdominal Separation Program



This program is specifically for mums who suffer from abdominal separation. If followed as directed, you can expect approximately a 1 finger width separation reduction every 7-14 days.

The program is split into 3 parts, each workout is 15-20mins long, starting with the very basic core activation to strengthening and into advanced exercises.
