INGREDIENTS
• 2 cups wholegrain oats (GF oats)
• 2/3 cup bran (optional)
• 1/3 cup sunflower Seeds
• 1/3 cup Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
• 1/4 cup dried cranberries
• 1/2 cup dried currants
• 1/2 cup almonds, roughly chopped
• 2 tablespoons wheatgerm (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Put all the ingredients into a container and mix. Place half a cup in a bowl, then add milk of your choice or top with yoghurt. Add seasonal fruit of your choice and enjoy.
