21 Nov Flaxseed Porridge (YUM!)
Serves 1
Ingredients:
1/4 cup ground flaxseeds (ground linseeds)
1 cup & 2 tbsp non dairy milk (I use coconut/almond milk)
1 small mashed banana
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
Toppings:
Fresh blueberries (or other berries)
1 tsp maple syrup
Instructions:
Add all ingredients into a pan and whisk to combine, stir constantly for about 3minutes until boiling and thickened.
Pour into a serving bowl and add your toppings!
