INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup coconut water

• 1/2 mango, peeled

• 4-5 large kale leaves, hard stems removed

• 1/2 avocado, pitted

• 1 tablespoon almonds

• 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

• Ice as needed

 

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to a blender and whiz until smooth.
