• 1 pineapple, peeled, chopped
• 1/4 cup mint leaves
• 12 ice cubes
• Mint sprigs to serve (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker, blend until smooth. Serve and garnish with mint sprigs!
