This is one of the recipes from our Summer Detox (2017 Version) and we are OBSESSED with it – the kids have requested for me to make this for them every weekend with breakfast too :))) Such a great, quick, easy, on the run meal option! Try it <3 and let us know if you like it!!! 

Banana Oat Smoothie

Serves 1
Calories per serve: 270cal
INGREDIENTS
– 1/2 cup (125ml) Non Dairy Milk
– 1 Banana
– 1/3 Cup Coconut Yogurt
– 1/4 cup Wholegrain Oats
DIRECTIONS
Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
