INGREDIENTS
  • 60g (1/2 cup) frozen berries (such as raspberries or blueberries)
  • 1/2 small banana, sliced
  • 250ml (1 cup) non-dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoons wholegrain oats (GF oats)
  • 2 teaspoons LSA (optional)
  • 15g baby spinach leaves
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
