INGREDIENTS
- 60g (1/2 cup) frozen berries (such as raspberries or blueberries)
- 1/2 small banana, sliced
- 250ml (1 cup) non-dairy milk
- 2 tablespoons wholegrain oats (GF oats)
- 2 teaspoons LSA (optional)
- 15g baby spinach leaves
DIRECTIONS
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
