Homemade Nutella


70g raw hazelnuts

20g cocoa

100ml milk (you can use cows milk or a nut based non dairy milk)

4 tbsp melted coconut oil

3 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

pinch of salt



Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth – this takes about 10mins for me!

You can then adapt the consistency and flavour to your liking by adding more coconut/maple syrup or cocoa.

Pour finished mixture into a jar and keep in the fridge for about 4 days. I split mine into several small containers and keep them in the freezer until I need them!
