27 Jan My own homemade Muesli
Serves 12
Cals per serve 200 (plus milk etc)
- 3 cups wholegrain oats
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup sultanas
Preheat oven to 180degrees.
Place oats, coconut, almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds into a bowl, pour over orange juice and mix juice through the ingredients. Toast in oven until golden brown or to your liking. Add sultanas to toasted muesli once it has cooled and store in an airtight container.
