11 May Overnight Bircher
Calories per serve: 300cals
- 1/2 large apple, grated
- 50g rolled oats
- 160ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- Fruit for topping (calories extra!)
Optional flavour combo to try (add extra calories)
Peanut, banana and chocolate
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/2 banana
- Mix the apple, oats and milk in a bowl with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Add honey.
- Transfer to the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, give it a mix and add more milk if it is too thick.
