  • 1/2 large apple, grated
  • 50g rolled oats
  • 160ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • Fruit for topping (calories extra!)

Optional flavour combo to try (add extra calories)

Peanut, banana and chocolate

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana 



  1. Mix the apple, oats and milk in a bowl with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Add honey.
  2. Transfer to the fridge overnight.
  3. In the morning, give it a mix and add more milk if it is too thick.
  4. Enjoy!
