17 May Rice Bowl

Serves 1
Cals per serve 300cals
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup microwave rice of your choice
- 100g protein of your choice (canned tuna, smoked chicken, smoked salmon, cooked chicken etc or roasted chickpeas, tofu etc for vegetarian option)
- 100g fresh veg & herbs (carrots, cabbage, cucumber, peppers, spring onion, coriander etc)
Instructions:
- Cook rice as per packet instructions
- Place rice onto plate and add chopped up protein and veggies.
- Add a splash of fresh lemon juice or soy sauce and enjoy!
