Rice Bowl

Serves 1

Cals per serve 300cals

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup microwave rice of your choice
  • 100g protein of your choice (canned tuna, smoked chicken, smoked salmon, cooked chicken etc or roasted chickpeas, tofu etc for vegetarian option)
  • 100g fresh veg & herbs (carrots, cabbage, cucumber, peppers, spring onion, coriander etc)

 

Instructions:

  1. Cook rice as per packet instructions
  2. Place rice onto plate and add chopped up protein and veggies.
  3. Add a splash of fresh lemon juice or soy sauce and enjoy!
