INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup (150g) fresh or frozen vegetables
  • 1 cup (125g) brown rice, cooked (can use SunRice Quick Cups or microwave rice)
  • 50g smoked chicken

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Heat the ingredients if you like.

 

For extra flavour you can add:

Salt, Pepper, Fresh lemon, soy sauce, fresh garlic, chilli
